Course Application

Download the course application (Adobe Acrobat Format) and return with payment to reserve your seat in a scheduled class. A copy of current credentials must accompany the application if registrering for a restricted LE/Mil course. All courses are open enrollment unless otherwise specified. 

 

Applications and payment can be sent directly to the address included in the registration form.
